Develop and support Teknos Group’s business by driving strong health, safety and wellbeing culture and management according to the Teknos Group strategy and Health, Safety and Wellbeing Roadmap.

Support Teknos line organization in implementing measures to prevent occupational health and safety hazards, accidents and illnesses.

 

  • Leading the Health & Safety teams in Germany, Liechtenstein and Poland
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety and wellbeing for all employees
  • Implementation of the global Teknos health, safety and wellbeing strategy, concepts and plans to prevent accidents and illnesses
  • Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessments (covering e.g. work activities, machines, projects etc.) and propose further controls to eliminate and reduce risks.
  • Provide training and support line organization to implement health, safety and wellbeing requirements in alignment with Teknos HSW Concepts and annual action plans.
  • Ensure timely reporting, investigation and root cause analysis of incidents and implementation of corrective actions in accordance with the Teknos incident learning process
  • Monitoring health, safety and wellbeing performance to identify negative trends and make suggestions for improvement
  • Monitoring legal health and safety requirements and supporting the line organization in compliance with regulations
  • Working with external stakeholders such as occupational health providers, insurers, health and safety authorities and other external service providers

  • Completed technical university degree or training in the manufacturing industry
  • Successfully completed training as an occupational safety specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety
  • Regular training and further education measures on ASiG, BetrSichV and ArbSchG
  • Very good German and English skills
  • High motivation to proactively improve working conditions and well-being of employees
  • Good communication, training and coaching skills to promote safety culture in all level of organisation
  • Willingness to travel to the mentioned European locations and class B driving license
