Responsible for business segment growth according to the budgets and profit targets what are agreed/approved. Purpose of the job is to attract new customers and serve existing customers in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia etc. To support business by ensuring customer retention and profitable growth. We would prefer that role is located in Croatia and reports to Regional customer segment Manager and Regional Commercial Director.
Daily tasks and responsibilities
- Support and consult customers on the most suitable paint solutions
- Attract new customers
- Work with and report in CRM system – MS Dynamics
- Existing Customer retention
- Technical solution offer creation and calculation preparation - maintains a deep - Understanding of customers’ operations and determine technical needs
- Customer visits in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia etc.
- Ensures the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer
- Assists and collaborates with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge
Key skills and qualifications
- Min 5 years’ experience of demanding sales work preferably in international company
- Sales and commercial mindset focus
- At least 5 years experience in paint business and/or Metal industry
- Understanding and having experience of sales channels within B2B environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer and market orientation
- Good analytical skills
- Technically advanced
- Proficient in English and a local language
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- International mindset, good in understanding cultural differences
