We’re looking for a CEP/CRM Product Owner to take ownership of our Customer Engagement Platform (Microsoft Dynamics), the commercial processes and data within it. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of how our commercial teams operate across markets and regions.
Working closely with the Commercial Growth Director, you'll define, implement and continuously optimise commercial processes, including lead and opportunity management, account and key account management as well as pricing and CPQ, ensuring they are fully aligned and supported within the Dynamics platform. You'll also drive adoption across the business, including leading process and platform training for the Commercial team.
This role belongs to global Commercial function and can be located in one of Teknos European locations, providing a hybrid working mode with regular and frequent visits to the local office.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Own the Microsoft Dynamics platform, along with the commercial processes and data within it
- Partner with the Commercial Growth Director to design and wider Commercial Leadership Team to implement and continuously improve standard commercial processes across our markets and regions
- Drive process and platform adoption in partnership with the operational excellence team, including leading training for the Commercial team
- Take responsibility for data within the platform, ensuring clear ownership, well-maintained processes and a strong focus on data quality
- Build and lead a cross-functional Dynamics product team (Commercial, Marketing, Portfolio Development, IT and our delivery partner) to evaluate and prioritise process and platform improvements, manage the backlog, define requirements and user stories, coordinate delivery and drive business cases and end-to-end improvement initiatives
- Manage the relationship with our platform partner setting a long-term vision (fully exploiting the platform's capabilities, especially in AI, data and automation), maintaining a clear roadmap, transparent backlog and ensuring high-quality delivery
Key skills and qualifications:
- Several years of relevant experience in a platform owner or product owner role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) across Sales and Customer Service, with a solid understanding of platform capabilities, administration concepts, environment management and end-to-end solution lifecycle management
- A strong process orientation with experience owning commercial processes end to end, covering design, implementation and change management
- A track record of building high-performing product/solution teams with clear ways of working (backlog management, prioritisation, delivery governance, release planning)
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Excellent practical English skills
Additional skills we value, but are not required:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-910, PL-200/PL-210 (or equivalent)
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation and integrating other platforms into Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with CPQ pricing tools in Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of integrations, system implementation or coding
- Familiarity with functional descriptions, feature design and service design methodologies
