Specialist Quality Management Customer and Product Portfolio (M/F/D)

We are looking for you to join our team in Alzenau or Brüggen

 

In this position, you will design and manage our complaint management process, ensuring root causes are sustainably eliminated and processes are continuously improved – both nationally and internationally for Teknos Germany, Liechtenstein, Poland, and the Netherlands.


In addition, you will be responsible for other customer- and product-related processes within our quality management system.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • And-to-End Complaint Management: You will take full ownership of assigned complaints – from initial analysis to final resolution – while reliably complying with all legal requirements, internal quality standards, and deadlines
  • Structured Work & Clear Communication: You will carry out systematic documentation, tracking, monitoring, escalation, risk assessment, effectiveness checks and report transparently to relevant stakeholders
  • Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Together with the responsible departments, you will analyze root causes, record them statistically, and derive well-founded recommendations – focusing on solutions that prevent recurring issues
  • Interface Management: You will work closely with relevant departments and external partners, linking complaints to related processes (deviations, escalation, crisis management, product recall/return, etc.)
  • Continuous Improvement: You will develop and implement innovative actions for improvement independently; additionally, you will actively participate in working groups and projects – particularly in the introduction of new systems and processes
  • Customer/Product-Related Processes: You will ensure the implementation and execution of assigned customer- and product-related processes (customer questionnaires, recall process, etc.)

Your Profile

If you also bring the following qualifications, you are the perfect fit for us:

  • Successfully completed technical degree or vocational training in the manufacturing industry
  • Additional qualifications in ISO 9001, quality management, or complaint handling are a plus
  • Several years of professional experience in production, research & development, and/or complaint and quality management
  • Ideally, experience in processing and tracking complaints as well as conducting and optimizing root cause analyses
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong initiative, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, and a high level of quality awareness
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel to sites within your area of responsibility and a valid Class B driver’s license
