The Sales Manager will play a key strategic and operational role in driving sales performance and brand presence across key retail channels in Ukraine. The primary focus is to lead and manage the Epicenter project, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, optimizing promoter performance, and maximizing promotional impact. Additionally, the role includes full responsibility for managing cooperation with dealers across Ukraine—ensuring alignment with pricing policies, optimizing discount and promotional programs, and driving product and commercial strategies to support market growth and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities

- Epicenter Project Management:
   Take the lead in managing the Epicenter project, including:

  • Communication with internal and external management teams
  • Organization and supervision of promoter activities
  • Analysis of sales performance and promotional calendar

- Dealer Network Management (Ukraine):
  Oversee the overall cooperation with dealers across Ukraine, including:

  • Control and enforcement of retail price list policy
  • Management of discount programs
  • Product lifecycle and portfolio oversight
  • Coordination of promotional calendar and key commercial decisions

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or key account management
  • Experience working with large retail networks (preferably Epicenter or similar) and dealer networks in Ukraine
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, pricing strategies, and promotional planning
  • Experience in managing discount programs and product portfolios
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales data and promotional effectiveness
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient usage of English is required
