Regional Head of Exterior Sales

Head of Regional Exterior Sales  is responsible for developing the regional segment strategy, defining the regional Exterior roadmap and driving the business development in the area of Czech Republic, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Romania. In this role you will also lead the regional Exterior sales team, providing guidance and strong leadership to ensure profitable growth and customer retention.

This is a regional role and can be located in one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia and is reporting to Regional Commercial Director.

 

 

The most important tasks and responsibilities:

  • Strategy implementation, business planning and development within regional Exterior sector
  • Creating reginal Exterior roadmap, including product and marketing strategy
  • Sales & budget management, sales P&L
  • Leading regional Exterior team - developing, coaching and keeping the regional team spirit
  • Competence mapping and development
  • New business development, Key Accounts management and customer retention
  • As a member of the regional Commercial team, you will be providing alignment with other regional sales teams (other divisions in the region); you will be also a member of the global Exterior team
  • Gatekeeper for regional products development and adjustment
  • Collaborating closely with marketing team, providing input and supporting regional marketing activities implementation
  • Regional customer ordered inventory / stock management control
  • Complaint handling and coordination
  • Supporting waste management and inventory

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Several years of commercial experience in paints and coatings business and/or Exterior industry - windows, doors or furniture dedicated products
  • Experience as a team leader, able to guide, coach and develop team members
  • Commercial strategy planning experience and/or knowledge
  • Business development drive with a hands-on attitude and direct involvement in sales activities
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Development oriented and innovative mindset, open for new solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • International mindset, good in understanding cultural differences
  • Proficient in English and a local language
  • Located in the designated region, preferably in one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia
