In dieser Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die Pflege und Entwicklung von Beschichtungsprodukten in den Segmenten Holz, Wasser und/oder UV
Tägliche Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Entwicklung von Holz-, Wasser- und/oder UV-Lacken, von der Ideenfindung bis zur Produktumsetzung inklusive der Durchführung und Begleitung von Testchargen
- Analyse neu angelegter Rezepte auf Plausibilität und Abgleich mit Vorgängerrezepturen
- Prüfung und Freigabe von neuen und/oder neuartigen Rohstoffen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Category Management (Einkauf)
- Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei Kundenversuchen und -aktivitäten
- Anwendung von Labormethoden zur Bestimmung der Produktqualität und der Produktspezifikationen
- Dokumentation und Präsentation von Testergebnissen und Befunden
- Teilnahme an globalen Meetings des Fachbereichs, z.B. in Rohstoffkategorie-Managementgruppen
- Teilnahme an Besprechungen und Entwicklungsaktivitäten mit Lieferanten
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege der Produkte im ERP-System
- Arbeit mit nicht konformen Waren gemäß unserer Zielvorgaben inklusive der Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen
Wenn Du folgende Qualifikationen mitbringst, bist du in dieser Rolle goldrichtig:
- Fundiert Berufserfahrung in der Lackchemiebranche im Hinblick auf Holz-, Wasser- und/oder UV-Lacke
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von lackchemischen Analysemethoden
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft für Reisen an unsere andere Teknos-Standorte, insbesondere Dänemark
- Eine hohe Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerische und innovative Denkweise gepaart mit Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit
