Do you want to be part of a Finnish family business? Are you interested in working with the technology that manufactures coating products? Now there is a great opportunity to do so! We are looking for a Head of Logistcs at Teknos in a permanent position.
Your home base will be Finland.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead global Logistics organization including warehousing, inbound/internal/outbound transportation, tinting and overseas freight
- Ensure high customer service levels aligned with commercial expectations
- Lead production countries’ logistics organizations directly as line manager and supervisor for sales countries’ Sales Warehouses Leader and Transportation Manager, ensuring consistent target setting and realization across global logistics
- Design, develop, manage and harmonize logistics’ global concepts, framework, processes and tools across Teknos
- Ensure optimization and systematic and continuos improvement of Teknos’ logistics, transportation and warehousing
- Define, develop and follow-up global logistics KPIs and drive analytics development across Logistics organisation
- Manage projects and project stakeholders to reach targeted milestones and impact across business.
- Key Skills and Qualifications
English skill needed, other European languages are advantage - Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading internation logistics teams in a fast-paced matrix organization
