Global Content Marketing Manager

The Global Content Marketing Manager is a creative and passionate leader who brings our renewed brand to life through content. The main objective of this role is to develop and implement a global content strategy that covers all digital channels and purposes, from social media to website to email marketing. 

This is a global role, reporting to Head of Digital Marketing and Communications and can be located in one of Teknos European countries.

 

 

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

 Content Strategy and Brand Alignment:

  • Develop and execute a global content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, marketing goals, and customer needs
  • Develop the strategy to support online customer journey and customer lifecycle to ensure appealing and engaging content that generates awareness and high quality leads, new business opportunities as well as grows customer loyalty within the existing customers
  • Ensure that content reflects our renewed brand and resonates with our target audience across all digital channels (social media, website, email marketing)
  • Bring our brand to life through compelling content that captures our brand essence

Content Production management and Quality Assurance:

  • Manage production of engaging text, video, and visual content for both organic and paid social media campaigns, website, and email marketing
  • Utilize AI tools and software to generate, rewrite, improve, or optimize content when appropriate, maintaining quality and consistency

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage a team of four content specialists, each responsible for content for specific customer groups and managing specific social media channels
  • Coach and support content specialists in content creation and distribution

Content Calendar and Performance Measurement:

  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content
  • Measure and report on content performance using analytics tools and feedback mechanisms

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in content marketing
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the content team

Collaboration and Synergy:

  • Collaborate with Brand Manager to bring our brand to life through compelling content that captures our brand essence
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the paid advertisement team, website team, industry marketing managers, and business
  • Ensure alignment and synergy of content across all channels and segments

 

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience as content marketing strategist within an international environment
  • Experience in leading a team of professionals is essential
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing global content strategy and communicating the brand through the strategy
  • Understanding the role of content in online customer journey
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, like social media, website CMS, email marketing tools and analytics tools
  • Experience in producing text, video and visual content using various tools and software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership, communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative, strategic and analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent, native level writing, editing and storytelling skills in English (other languages are a plus)
