At Teknos, we’re looking for a Content Specialist who will bring our brand to life across digital channels. In this role, you will plan, produce, and optimize converting multichannel content that informs, inspires, and activates our audiences around the globe, thus strengthens Teknos' digital presence through engaging narratives, visually compelling content and data‑driven growth.
You will be a part of a global Brand & Digital Engagement team and can be located either in Sweden, Finland or Estonia, providing frequent visits to our local office in one of the mentioned countries.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, conversion optimized multichannel content across web, social-media and emails, developing creative concepts, clear narratives, and compelling visual content (including ads, photos and strong end-to-end video production from planning to editing)
- Monitor, manage and grow Teknos’ social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) - plan and publish content calendars, engage communities, and adapt to platform trends
- Design and optimize website content to elevate brand visibility and user experience
- Collaborating on a daily basis with Marketing and Communication colleagues and working closely with digital marketing team on best-in-class performance, participating in projects and taskforces
- Monitor and analyze content performance across channels to identify growth opportunities, use data-driven insights to optimize content for audience growth, retention, and deeper engagement
- Test formats and messaging (incl. A/B testing), analyze and learn continuously, applying insights to boost reach, engagement and conversion - sharing findings and growth recommendations with the team
- Coordinate content localization, contributing to multichannel campaigns and projects while fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Use AI tools to streamline creation and production workflows - supporting ideation, editing, localization, content repurposing, and optimization at scale
Key skills and qualifications:
- Several years of proven experience creating professional multichannel digital content (web, social, email) with a strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling and video production/editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, trends and audience behavior, especially in a brand building and
- Data-driven mindset with experience in conversion optimization, content performance, analytics and testing
- Ability to translate technical/complex topics into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content
- Strong planning and project management skills - organized, proactive and comfortable prioritizing in a dynamic environment
- Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage
- Excellent English (written and spoken) for creating compelling content and collaborating in an international environment
