DEINE VERANTWORTUNG
- Technische Umsetzung von Lösungen bei Neu- und Bestandskunden: Sie begleiten die Einführung unserer Produkte und stellen eine erfolgreiche Integration in die Kundenprozesse sicher
- Kompetente technische Betreuung von Bestandskunden mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Optimierung der Anwendungen und Prozesse
- Durchführung von Kundenschulungen und Trainings, um einen sicheren und effizienten Einsatz unserer Produkte zu gewährleisten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und internen Fachbereichen, um technische und kommerzielle Ziele optimal miteinander zu verbinden
- Aktive Umsetzung der Teknos-Strategie beim Kunden mit klarem Fokus auf technische Mehrwertgenerierung
DEINE KOMPETENZEN
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Holzlackbranche, mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Applikationsprozessen (manuell und automatisiert)
- Starke Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung gepaart mit praxisnaher Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative sowie hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Trainingskompetenz sowie Teamgeist, um Kunden und interne Schnittstellen optimal zu begleiten
- Wohnsitz idealerweise in der Ostschweiz oder in angrenzenden Regionen mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Liechtenstein sowie hoher Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche in der gesamten Schweiz und Süd Deutschland
