Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/d)
Deine Ausbildung – vielfältig, technisch, hands-on
Bei uns bist du nicht Zuschauer, sondern Teil des Teams:
Herstellen von Lacken und Beschichtungen
- Du wiegst Rohstoffe ab, setzt Produktionsansätze an und prüfst deren Produkteigenschaften wie Viskosität, Farbe oder Dichte.
- Du steuerst und überwachst chemisch-technische Prozesse wie Mischen, Dispergieren oder Mahlen.
Arbeiten an modernen Produktionsanlagen
- Du bedienst Maschinen wie Rührwerke, Dispergier- und Abfüllanlagen.
- Du lernst Produktionsparameter einzustellen und Störungen zu erkennen und zu beheben.
Abfüllen, Verpacken und Kommissionieren
- Du füllst fertige Produkte in Gebinde ab – präzise, sauber und sicher.
- Du etikettierst und bereitest Ware für den Versand vor.
Wartung und Instandhaltung
- Du unterstützt bei der Pflege und Reinigung von Anlagen.
- Du lernst technische Funktionsweisen zu verstehen und sicher mit Chemikalien umzugehen.
Dokumentation und Prozessüberwachung
- Du protokollierst Abläufe, hältst Prozessdaten fest und unterstützt bei Optimierungen.
- Du arbeitest mit modernen Produktionssystemen, die dich durch die Abläufe führen.
