We are a global company and for our Lithuanian team we are looking for experienced accountant. In this role you will be responsible for the accounting tasks for Lithuania entity at Teknos and you will be reporting to Group Business Controller.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Full organization and handling of the company's financial accounting in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and accounting standards;
- Work with the accounting program "Debetas" and Teknos Group's program "IFS";
- Payroll calculation;
- Preparation and submission of various tax and statistical declarations to respective authorities;
- Bank transfers;
- Packages accounting and declaration submission;
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports to Teknos Group management;
- Cooperation with foreign colleagues in English, auditors;
- Preparation and submission of annual financial statements;
- Participation at budgeting in cooperation to management;
- Preparation of employment contracts and other personnel-related documents as a help to Group HR based on local LT laws
Key skills and qualifications:
- Higher education in finance, accounting;
- Several years' experience in full financial accounting, from the initial accounting records to the preparation of financial statements;
- Knowledge of the accounting, tax, HR and employment legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (writing, reading on daily bases);
- Experience of working with the accounting program "Debetas" would be an advantage;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Analytical, systematic thinking, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility.
