Are you a treasury expert with ambition to combine hands-on finance work with an international, senior function in a global paints and coatings company? We are now looking for a Treasury Manager to strengthen our global finance team as a parental leave substitute.
The Treasury Manager will support the daily management of the company’s cash, financing, and financial risk activities. The role ensures that the group’s liquidity and country funding needs are met, financial transactions are processed accurately, and compliance with internal and external requirements is maintained.
Working closely with CFO and finance colleagues across countries, the position offers a valuable opportunity to gain broad experience of treasury functions in an international environment. We provide flexibility through a hybrid working model, which includes regular, weekly in-office days at our Helsinki location. As this role is a parental leave cover, we offer a fixed-term contract from January to November 2026.
Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Cash and liquidity management
- Sister company financing including cash pool management
- Dividends flow including tax impacts
- Loan management – Banks and Pension funds
- Insurances management with broker
- Interest rate and currency hedging
- Commercial papers lending
- Factoring and legal FIVA compliance
Key skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience within similar roles and tasks related to treasury field within an international business environment
- Hands-on attitude and direct involvement in operational treasury activities
- Good communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across cultures, countries, and functions, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, combining data insights with business acumen
- Professional command of English and Finnish
