In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sustainable growth within the TCG (Target Customer Group) Infrastructure & Energy in the DACH region.
TCG Infrastructure and Energy
- Acquiring new customers in the DACH region with a clear hunter mentality and a strong focus on results
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Developing a deep understanding of all customer applications and deliver value through technical coating expertise
- Translating technical requirements into customized coating solutions
- Implement Teknos’ commercial strategy and capture synergies across the DACH region
Communication
- Working closely with internal interfaces (e.g. R&D, supply chain, and product management) to implement customer-focused innovations
- Sharing information as well as tracking and reporting performance and opportunities in our CRM system
We are looking for dedicated people who share our values of creativity, perseverance, and fairness. If you also have the following qualifications, you are the perfect fit for us:
- Successfully completed degree in chemistry and/or sales or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B technical sales in the metal coating and/or industrial coatings industry, ideally in the Infrastructure & Energy segment
- Strong understanding of coating systems and application processes
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and regional business development
- Residence in the DACH region, driver's license class B and high willness to travel
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- A high degree of initiative as well as an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset coupled with quality awareness
- Communication skills, practical orientation, team spirit, and communication skills
