Sales Manager Machinery - DACH (M/F/D)
ideally based in Southern Germany or willing to relocate there
As Sales Manager Machinery DACH you are responsible for driving profitable growth and building strong customer partnerships across key industrial segments in the DACH region, with a focus on Southern Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. The role combines commercial leadership with a solid understanding of industrial solutions.
Your responsibility
- Drive sales growth in line with regional and segment targets across the DACH region (focus: South Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland)
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue streams
- Develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies to strengthen Teknos’ market position, with a strong focus on hunting new business opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Build, manage, and grow strategic customer relationships
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic planning
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service, R&D, and Marketing to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions
- Actively contribute to cross-functional and regional alignment with global teams
Key Segments: General Industry, ACE (Agricultural, Construction & Earthmoving Equipment), Trailer & Box Builders, OEM Vehicle Industry, Defence
Your profile

If you also bring the following qualifications, you are the perfect fit for us:
- Several years of experience in industrial coatings sales (GI, ACE, Trailer/Body Builders, or OEM Vehicle industry)
- Successfully completed vocational education and/or bachelor degree with a focus on sales
- Ideally based in Southern Germany or willing to relocate there
- Strong understanding of coating technologies and industrial production environments
- Proven success in business development with a strong hands-on mentality and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Strong commercial mindset with technical credibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, results-oriented, and proactive working style
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Willing to travel occasionally within the DACH region, including visits to Brüggen (Germany) and Bendern (Liechtenstein)
