DEINE VERANTWORTUNG
- Bestellen von Rohstoffen, Gebinden, Handelswaren und Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Bestellen und Preisverhandlungen von indirekten Waren und Dienstleistungen
- Anfragen und Überwachen von Lieferterminen und Rechnungen
- Stammdatenpflege sowie Verwaltung der Dossiers (Auftragsbestätigung, Lieferschein, usw.)
- Kontakt mit Lieferanten
- Bearbeiten von Preismutationen und Konditionen
- Reklamationen bearbeiten
DEINE KOMPETENZEN
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in der Industrie (Chemie / Farben und Lacke) von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen sowie MS-Office Anwendungen
- Selbständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent mit dienstleistungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
- Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und verhandlungssicher
- Fliessend in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
