The Marketing Specialist - Content & Performance plays a crucial role in shaping Teknos’ online presence by creating engaging and informative content across digital channels, and, in addition to that, is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and lead generation.
Specializing in crafting inspirational, informative, and technically sound material, the Marketing Specialist - Content & Performance brings the Teknos brand to life across multiple channels, including the company website, social media platforms, and email marketing. The specialist takes step further from pure content production by setting up paid campaigns to reach, engage and activate the defined target audiences. Key element in this side is to constantly follow up and optimize budget allocation, target audience, messaging, the overall campaign performance to reach the campaign target. Thus, success in this role requires a unique combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset.
The Marketing Specialist - Content & Performance works collaboratively with various functions, teams and professionals globally to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and effective communication with target group. The role is a part of a global Content team, reports to the Content Manager and can be based at one of Teknos sites in Poland (Warsaw or Gdynia), Estonia (Harjumaa) or Czech Republic (Prague), providing regular office visits within a hybrid working model.
The most important tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning, running, and optimizing paid social media campaigns in LinkedIn, Meta etc.
- Creating compelling global content for digital channels including websites, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, ensuring it resonates with chosen target groups, is both engaging and easy to digest
- Planning and setting up paid campaigns to reach, engage and activate the defined target audiences. Success factor in this is a performance driven mindset, since constant follow up and optimizing for the campaigns are needed. This includes budget allocation, target audience, messaging, the overall campaign performance to reach the campaign target
- Coordinating social media channels: Planning and creating content based on the social media strategy, maintaining and coordinating the content calendar, engaging with the community, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with trends and platform updates.
- Maintaining a balance between inspirational and technical content to effectively communicate brand identity and values
- Planning and coordinating content localization in collaboration with local community activators to ensure relevance and resonance in different markets
- Close daily collaboration with various functions, teams and professionals globally and on a local level, to ensure engaging and professional messaging around Teknos globe
Key skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience of B2B marketing & professional content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Meta) and hands on experience in developing various channels activities
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, analysing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Collaborative approach with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, on a global level
- Highly organized with project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or native, both written and spoken), enabling you to create compelling content and collaborate effectively in an international environment
- You are available for a 1 year full time fixed term assignment
