DEINE VERANTWORTUNG
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Verantwortlich für die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung von Bestellung bis Rechnungsstellung und falls notwendig Erstellung der Exportdokumente
- Unterstützung für den Verkaufsaussendienst
- Mitarbeit in Reklamationsfällen und deren nachhaltige Lösungsfindung
- Stammdatenerfassung
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
DEINE KOMPETENZEN
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
- Grundkenntnisse in der Exportabwicklung
- Erfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
- Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Fliessend in Deutsch, konversationssicheres Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
