Do naszego zespołu R&D poszukujemy Badacza R&D, który będzie odpowiedzialny za formułowanie nowych farb i modyfikację istniejących receptur. Będzie samodzielnie prowadził /a proces opracowywania wyrobów i raportował/a progres prac badawczych.
Zakres zadań i obowiązków:
- opracowywanie nowych wyrobów i modyfikacja istniejących
- wdrażanie wyrobów do produkcji wraz z optymalizacją procesów produkcyjnych
- prowadzanie działań korygujących dla bieżących produkcji
- wykonywanie badań, prowadzanie testów aplikacyjnych i terenowych opracowanych wyrobów
- poszukiwanie, badanie i wprowadzanie nowych surowców
- wsparcie techniczne u klientów
- dokumentowanie prac w systemie IT
Wymagania:
- wykształcenie wyższe chemiczne lub pokrewne
- doświadczanie w zakresie formułowania farb, lakierów, szpachli itp. lub zainteresowanie tą dziedziną chemii
- znajomość procesów produkcyjnych w obszarze wytwarzania farb
- znajomość metod badawczych farb i powłok
- mile widziana umiejętność przenoszenia procesów laboratoryjnych na skalę produkcyjną
- znajomość metod aplikacyjnych wyrobów malarskich (dodatkowym atutem będą praktyczne umiejętności w tym zakresie)
- znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu co najmniej komunikatywnym
- umiejętność pracy w zespole
- znajomość systemów IT do zarządzania projektami, produkcją, a także rozwiązań usługi Office365
