Deine Ausbildung – vielfältig, technisch, hands-on
Bei uns bist du nicht Zuschauer, sondern Teil des Teams:
Entwicklung und Herstellung
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Entwicklung und Herstellung moderner Beschichtungs- und Lacksysteme mit.
Qualitätsprüfungen
- Du prüfst die Qualität unserer Produktentwicklungen und sorgst dafür, dass jede Idee auch in der Praxis überzeugt.
Analyseverfahren
- Du lernst verschiedene Analyse- und Messverfahren kennen – inklusive ihrer fachgerechten Dokumentation.
Laborversuche
- Du bist in die Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen eingebunden und lernst dabei, warum echte Innovation im Detail steckt.
Produktoptimierungen
- Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer bestehenden Produkte mit und bringst eigene Gedanken ein.
Das bringst du mit
In erster Linie: Neugier, Pioniergeist und Begeisterung für Neues. Außerdem:
- Guter Realschulabschluss oder höherer Abschluss
- Interesse an Chemie und Naturwissenschaften
- Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Experimentieren
- Spaß an kreativen, praxisnahen und kundenorientierten Aufgaben
- Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, auch mal selbstständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
